I'm an Ex-Chef who attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts MSP. I was there for about 7 months in the chef program before deciding to leave for (mostly) financial reasons and a change in career path to Information Systems/Information Technology (IS/IT).
My time spent at LCB was not for naught. I learned that making cooking a career probably wasn't the best decision for me but cooking is still a strong passion of mine. I use the knowledge I gained from attending LCB on close to a daily basis since my partner and I prepare and cook homemade meals almost every day. Cooking is a passion of mine that I do not see ever going away.
We as humans, cook to survive. We also cook for enjoyment and experimentation. The flavors of the world interest me and I try to be open to experience new food on a regular basis. I invite you to join me on this journey of food discovery and maybe you'll find something that interests you too!
